Salt Side Down Chocolates adds a unique and classy touch to any occasion, be it a wedding, anniversary party, or winery event. We've catered events for as many as 1,000, to as few as 10.

One of our specialties is developing custom ganache recipes specific to our clients' needs. For winery events, we develop custom artisan truffles with your vineyard's wine emulsified directly into the ganache. The resulting truffle intensifies the flavors of both the wine and the chocolate, making the pairing something your customers will not soon forget.
